Does a high test level = a high sperm count

I had my bloodwork done and my test levels (free and total) are just above normal. Does this mean that I will also have a higher sperm count?

    Sperm count higher than what?

If your test levels are normal/high, this suggests that your LH (and probably FSH) levels are probably normal as well. Ultimately there's no way of knowing without an actual sperm count.
