    Cycle advice...

    A friend of mine is interested in a cycle...

    Here are his stats...

    5'10" 220lbs 34yrs old

    Train 6 days a week for past 7 years w/ few short breaks

    previous use of aas - winny 6 weeks

    What would the best cycle for a guy his size be... if his goal is to gain about 10 lbs lean muscle and lower his BF%

    He currently eats a high protien diet and eats most of his carbs via fruits and vegetables. He avoids saturated fats.

    I would have him join and post his diet. He can attain 10 pounds of muscle naturally by tweaking his diet.

    What is his bf% at right now? Like BLT said above me, 10lbs can be attained naturally for most people.

    Another thing, its either bulk or cut...you cant really do both at the same time. Sure most people lower their bf% slightly during bulk cycles or at least remain the same while putting on muscle so it seems like they are leaner.

    should he do EQ for 10 weeks then cut with 6 weeks of tren and winny

    or

    EQ and Test E for 10 then cut with 6 weeks of tren and winny

    what would be the best results?

    he is afraid that the Test E will make him too big... from his explaination, he would rather have a fitness look than a power lifter look..
