I had posted last night in respect to a female friend who is considering running deca at 400mg per week, she only knows what she has read about it but doesnt have int access, she asked me, I dont know anything so I figured I could maybe get some help from somebody here. She is 30 no cycle experience, had been training for roughly 5 years, she trains ahrd and eats well, most guys in the gym could learn a thing or two from her level of intensity and commitment. I cant imagine she is anything over 13% body fat, she resembles a fitness model body right now..So any suggestions would be great..
