same question u guys probably get all the time.
I am 6'3" tall and weigh 150 pounds. i have always been the skinny kid no matter how much i work out and how much protein and calories i shove down my throat. my main goal is to gain weight(preferable in muscle). i have come to the conclusion that i am just not a big eater, plus i have a fast metabolism. so when i say i want to gain weight and people just tell me to eat more, they don't understand that i just cant do that. i have developed a major complex about being skinny. i really dislike taking my shirt off in public or anthing like that. can some one please recomended what i should use, what dose, and please recommend something that will still let my dick get hard...
my main goal is to look better, i want to gain at least 20 pounds of muscle, quickly. i have no problems doing steroids because i don't do any sports anymore, this is just for personal satisfaction. please help.
ps. i have heard alot about deca and dball, they seem to be the best, is this correct?

No matter what aas you use you wont be abale to make good gains if you dont eat the right amount of food cal's carb's and protein and if you do gain muscle mass youll still lose it if your bodies nutrtional requirment's are not met.
Dbol and deca equals bad idea.
What are your age stats and goals and well see if we can help you out.

Steroids will NOT put any weight or muscle on you unless you EAT and TRAIN!! You said you don't do any sports anymore, does that include lifting weights?
Most people eat a LOT MORE when they use AAS.
The basics are that AAs just allows your body to synthesis more protein so that it can build more muscle if the demand is there. If you are not eating enough , then the AAS will just be a waste for you....sorry
Check out the diet forum and you might get some ideas for gaining some quality weight

age and goals
i am currently 19 years old. i know this may seem too young to some of you, but my mind is made up. i still left weights ALL the time. i currently am doing the max ot training program. its basicly 4-6 reps and about 4 sets, because i want to gain mass. i consume roughly 50 grams of protein a day from whey protein drinks and 5 grams of creatine a day. and i eat a shit load of fish. i know that has alot of protein in it.
my goal is to pretty much look like a damn navy seal. also i do some modeling and i would love to have the body of an abercrombie model (don't laugh, i havn't made fun of those of u who cant get ur dicks up, j/k) i feel that i have the potential to be a great model, but the only thing holding me back is my size.
so can some one recomend which roid i should use to get those bar room arms, massive pecs (but not bitch tits), and still keep my six pack (the one thing i have going for me...)

WOW, where to start.....IF you dont' do the work, no steroid in the world is gonna help you. for starters you diet is WAK !!! YOU have to eat to build. That means at mimum 6 meals a day spaced every 3 hours with at least 40 grams of protein at EACH meal. (not gonna get into all the details here)
Then you have to bust your ass in the gym and do cardio
AT 19 you can ptotentioally screw up you HPTA for the rest of your life!! and you talk about making fun of us that can't get a hard on......that will be YOU permantly if you don't know what you are doing like a winny only cycle or a decca only cycle
Please read the links and learn a little before you start
at your age you have MORE than enough of every hormone you need to make incredible gains with just the proper workouts and diet
and you need a NATURAL base BEFORE you start AAS or I promise you that you will regret it for the rest of your life!!!!

i already do eat times a day. i'm not saying i just consume 50 grams of protein a day, thats just what i consume in the protein drinks. i have been weight training for about 4 years. i have gained a total of about...15 lbs. serously. my current diet includes bacond and eggs every morning, apple for a snack, chick for lunch, usualy some sort of pasta for dinner. honestly, i realy tried to not use steroids , but the natural way isnt working for me.

gain the most you can while you are young, use your natural test and GH to do the work, once you reach the point of your genetic best,than you may consider alternat methods like steroids . i am glad i did it this way, it put me way ahead of the game. my friends who didnt do this, who juiced before they reached there ptential, have had terrible gains that anyone could achieve naturaly where my gains have been well above regular capacity since i pushed myself to the limit before i cycled.

blink, we are here to help,not hurt,listen to us we have experience with this, when i was your age i thought the same way, i learned from others to NOT juice until i reached a certain age and a certain fitness level, i am glad i listened and have many powerlfiting records to thank for it because i did it right. trust me, you are not ready, not yet, stay on the board, ask questions read the workouts and get advice, buy knowledegable books on traing and diet(muscle and fitness doesnt count as a knowledegeable book) your workout and diet are 99% of how your results turn out, you will be suprised what a few changes to both can do for your gains

alright i admit it, i was a bit of an ass there. the simple fact is that i WILL be juicing up one way or another. i understand that prettymuch everyone on this board will advise against it. which i appriciate the concern. but like i said, i will be doing some, so i would like to have some "profesional" advise on which ones i should use and at what dose.

if you arent going to listen at least research everything before you take anything,including your routine and diet and how to take aproper cycle and how to do PCT, if you dont know about PCT and how to stack, you have no bussiness doing a cycle
