I would recommend getting your diet in check and weightlifting. Then read.
i do lift and am on a good diet.
Then you're doing something wrong with your diet or lifting. If you eat correctly and lift correctly, you should get your "lilttle bigger but not to much bigger. like the size of a fitness model." You don't need to take anything to do this.Originally Posted by 777adonis

Hit the diet forum read up on bulking diet, USE THAT DIET PROGRAM

hit the training forum and look up a proper training thread and follow it.
you dont need aas, you need more research.
You don't just take something and get magically bigger man. Read up before you start posting questions like this. It takes work with or without taking anything. Starting with your lifting and diet.

There's no magic in a needle or pill and to be the size of a fitness model you surely don't need AAS. How old are you? How long have you been training? How often do you workout? How many calories are you taking in a day? How many grams of protein do you consume a day?
The size of a fitness model......Whats ideal fitness model build.
Id get the diet in check, train hard, and rest. As well as "taking something" look under the Newbie cycle sticky to give you an idea of a few options.
Train hard, eat big, rest 8 hrs per night
