Im 5'10 235, 34waist,
looking to cut my body fat from 12% to 6%
besides my training, cardio twice a day, and eating right. Im running the the following.
GH 2ius a day, T3 100mcg a day, Test prop 100mg eod, winstrol zambons 50mg a day.
Been feeling alittle achey, my quads ache feels like i trained legs all day and i havent, and sluggish, not as motivated to hit the gym.
Am i missing something or am i doing too much?
