im trying to avoid pimples or stop the ones that r poping up.I remember someone had posted there is something u can take to insure u wont get them or get rid of them.can someone give me the name of the product so i can research it and get on the stick with it
taking 600mg enth a week
an 200 mg eq
.50 mg armidix
plzz help hate pimples

Vitamin B5 helps........... accutane is a prescribed drug that will def work but is very hard on your liver.

well, i know many use the accutane cause you typically take it for about 6 months or so and after that, you won't get acne anymore. never took it personally, but knew a couple people that did. most never got a single pimple ever again after using it.

only bad sides is the liver problems and while on it your skin can get really dried out, to the point of redness and burning. though it can be harsh, it's a permanent fix in the long run that you have to tolerate the sides for 6 months to get. personally if i had issues with acne, that's what i'd take.

Ive tried everything even proactiv and nothing worked for me until i started using zapzit.. I get it from wal mart it is supposed to be used to clear zits up but i spread it all over my face every morning after shower and every night after shower and i am sooo clear on and off cycle. Also try using nizoral shampoo it works good for your back and shoulders. Also try taking 2 or 3 good hot showers a day , i hope this helps.

i use vitamin b5 at 10,000 mgs a day and it seems to be working... its just a vitamin you dont need to go to your pharmacist... just vitamin shop... im not sure but it seems like if i dont inject into my shoulders i dont break out as badly.. its might all be in my head but it seems to be working... any one else have thoughts on this?

4 of my buds including myself broke out in a series of wicked zits on the forehead after QV deca ....used this, 3 days it was gone...!!!!!!! goes well with the bacne also
