what should I do?
hey guys. Ive contemplated steroids for a long time now and i think im about to jump on the wagon. However i want to take the safest route possible. First off, i value my hair and testicle size very much so. I am not ready to endanger either of them. I am also a bit intimidated of needles but if i have to ill try them, or ill find someone to stick me. I dont want to put on 30 pounds, just 10-15. I want to make strength and mass gains that i can hopefully keep. Id rather takes oral juice. Let me know if you have any suggestions on what to take and how to stay safe about it? thanks for the feedback.

How much do you weigh?
What is your body fat %?(This helps determine what aproach to take first)
How long have you been training? ( determines natural potential)

i was afraid i was going to be asked this. im only 19. i know what your going to say. im too young, but im going to do it anyway and with help from others i would be doing it the right way. been training for 2 years. height 5'7, weight 165. body fat 12% which i want to cut down.

honestly, i havent grown in years. i am one of the tallest in my entire family. all joking aside. so my height doesnt wurry me too much unless i wil shrink lol jk. so do you have any advice?

other than wait till your 25......test E 10 weeks 400 mg a week. shoot on mondays and thursdays
and go read what you need to take with it to combat side effects and what to take when coming off!

why not try the diet forum and find a hard core diet? a good diet alone will do as much for you as gear at your age!

aright aright...well ive gotten this response once before from everyone in the forum so i guess it must be true that id be foolish doing it now. one more question though. ive been on protein creatine and nitrix for a while. pretty good gains, but not enough. anyone have great success with other legal supplements?

how do you eat? that should be your main focus! YOUR DIET IS LIKE THE FOUNDation( sorry for caps) under your house. you cant expect to start putting up level walls without your foundation being level and solid! anything you take will not help like your wanting unless your diet is on track!

i do have a consistent diet. only high protein foods and carbs (mostly whole wheat). what can i take for fats besides oils.
