US Deca-Durabolin 200mg/ml

At the pharmacy next door to the one I usually shop at in Mexico they carry US Deca-Durabolin boxed with a folded stack of paperwork in a vial 200mg/ml. The label is not paper it is a type of plastic. In the old book anabolics 2000 they have a picture of it labeled as bogus US Deca. It also says do not buy any Deca in a strength of 200mg/ml. The book also says north America is the only place to make such strength. So I am just trying to figure this out only because of its price. Have any of you have had experience with this? Would a counterfeiter include paperwork to? thanks guys
