need help with deca/test cycle

this is gonna be my 3rd cycle.
cycle 1: test 250 only
cycle 2: test 250/dbol

i got test 250 and deca 300. i want to take 500 of test and 300 of deca per week. how should i split it up through the week? should i take 500 of test on sunday and 300 of deca on wednesday? or should i take 250 test on sunday and 250test/300deca on wednesday. also, do i have to take nolva everyday or can i take it with pct 14 days after last shot? ive been always taking nolva with my pct, but ive heard its better to take it during. any difference? any help is appreciated. thanks

Split both shots into 2,keep the nolva to hand in case of sides or you could run it thru cycle,10mg ed should be more than enough for that cycle, that way it will help keep any unwanted water retention and gyno away.
