Fat loss
Hi Guys,
which steriod is best for losing fat? If I only have to lose fat should I start with a cycle or I can just use something to lose fat. I go to gym 6 times a day and watching my diet.Just want to have some edge.
Any help will be appriciated.

a good clean diet will help you in shedding the fat you want to loose.. after you do then you can use something to even harden you up even more.. do some research,read and get on a good diet.. thats all you need for now..

Get your cardio and diet in check...
Compounds like clen and T3 will help.

You go to the gym 6 times a day? Are you for real? If you are then what are you eating? Lard and Ice cream? Drink at least 1 1/2 ounces of water to every pound of body weight increase your cardio time and fiber intake,Six times a day really.

DOnt rely on AAS to lose fat. Like everyone else is saying, cardio and diet are the keys. AAS will help you to maintain muscle mass while trying to reduce fat though.

i agree with calgarian. I've been doin cardio for about 5 weeks on an empty stomach and keep my heart rate between 130-140, n the fat is just fallin off and im loving it. keep in mind, you must a have good diet

I'd definatly say to go to the diet forum and post up you diet there so some you can get any help and make so your diet is to the T. Thats the most important part, besides that I agree before breakfast cardio is doing wonders for me, as the others have stated also. GL
