    Fat loss

    Hi Guys,


    which steriod is best for losing fat? If I only have to lose fat should I start with a cycle or I can just use something to lose fat. I go to gym 6 times a day and watching my diet.Just want to have some edge.

    Any help will be appriciated.

    a good clean diet will help you in shedding the fat you want to loose.. after you do then you can use something to even harden you up even more.. do some research,read and get on a good diet.. thats all you need for now..

    Thank you for quick reply, I know I sound stupid but most of the fat is on my belly and rest looks pretty good I am using protein drinks and gain abt 10 lbs of muscles.I think I should stick to my diet then consider using the drugs later but out of curiosity which drug helps u achieve that?

    Get your cardio and diet in check...

    Compounds like clen and T3 will help.

    no prob bro.. good cardio and diet will shed the fat on your stomach area.. also the compounds that are known for "cutting up" are : Winny, Tren , Anavar , Eq... I mean it really all depends on your diet but those are common for hardening and cutting..

    You go to the gym 6 times a day? Are you for real? If you are then what are you eating? Lard and Ice cream? Drink at least 1 1/2 ounces of water to every pound of body weight increase your cardio time and fiber intake,Six times a day really.

    DOnt rely on AAS to lose fat. Like everyone else is saying, cardio and diet are the keys. AAS will help you to maintain muscle mass while trying to reduce fat though.

    I will increase the cardio 1 hr. If u guys dont believe me whenever u r in COWTOWN let me know I can show u. As I said I have no life and thank you for all ur advise

    i agree with calgarian. I've been doin cardio for about 5 weeks on an empty stomach and keep my heart rate between 130-140, n the fat is just fallin off and im loving it. keep in mind, you must a have good diet

    I'd definatly say to go to the diet forum and post up you diet there so some you can get any help and make so your diet is to the T. Thats the most important part, besides that I agree before breakfast cardio is doing wonders for me, as the others have stated also. GL
