    Injection Pain

    On Thursday I did my first tricep shot and it didn't hurt at all It was 3ml of Test, the next morning it was a little sore but I went to the gym and did my usual routie. The next morning I woke up I could bearly move my arme or tense it not just my tricep but the whole area around it like half my arm. Does anyone know what thats from or if I did something wrong? I didn't hit a vein or a nerve. Cheers

    3ml is a damn lot of juice for a tricep bro. I woud rethink that if I was you. What did you inject ?

    Yeah I am hesitent in putting 2.75mls into my quad, there is no way I would do that much in my tricep, unless I was Ronny of course but then his triceps are as big as my quads

    1ml Testivron 250mg/ml, 2ml Cypionate 200mg/2ml
    I cant bend my arm It feels like someone hit me in the arm with a sledge hammer. How long will this last, What is the worst case scenerio?

    It should go away in a little less than a week. Never shoot that much shit in a small muscle again. It has no were to go. At least use your delt
