    Strength Cycle

    Iam bouncing ideas around in my empty head and was wondering about doing a strength cycle (12 weeks). The purpose would be to gain mainly strength, does anyone have a hypothetical cycle that they would not mind sharing?

    Some test and var. Depending on cycle experience, you could add some tren or eq to the mix.

    Tren and var would be new to me, but they sound llike a good combo along with some test.

    var and tren are not good to mix IMO
    such an extremely compound w/ a girly compound .. IMO tren masks the gains from var

    Agreed.
    They both have actions at the same recepter too.

    Tren and Halo, would be far more effective than Tren and var, for promoting strenght.

    for a novice i would say win + tren = better choice IMO
