Hey bros, I was wondering what would be the best cycle for me as a first timer? I'm 5'11 and 185 lbs, age 25

Any suggestions?

I have been training for three years strong and now i'm thinking of getting into this. I was thinking anabol as a starting point. What do you guys think?

First cycle is best to run 12 weeks of a single ester test. Nothing else. Search the threads and give us the rest of you stats. diet , training, etc...

lammdawg, a dbol only cycle , is pretty....well.....LAMM and it is a mistake for your first cycle.

1st cycle= test e at 500mgs/week for 12 weeks + proper pct.

Research. Now your pushing it too far. I give you a beginners cycle NOW GO AND DO YOUR OWN HOMEWORK. Were here to help you with your cycle, give you advise but not do your cycle for you.

Ldawg, trust me. injecting is great once you get used to it. You do NOT want to do an ORAL only to harsh on the liver. I actually look forward to injecting now!!

Never thought of it that way sman. What about milk thistle? will that not help cleanse the liver?

If you are gonna be man enough to use AAS, then be man enough to take a little pin prick. I do daily shots and don't even feel it anymore.
Milk thistle will help but not as much as you would lke it to. Get some Test E and just do that for your first cycle.
