Whats better with Deca
T4 or Test Prop?
also any recommended cycles for a 3 time offender?

i assume he meant t400...but you never know....and you would be better to run test prop, t400 is crap imo....make sure you run it at least 100-200mg more than the deca a wek, imo...

yea my bad, I did mean t400.
Webb, when you say 100 - 200 a week more, your saying say like if im doing deca at 400mg I wanna run test at 600 per week, correct?
WHat would be a good cycle for a 3rd time user? Should I pyramid it, or just use a level amount throughout the weeks. Im just looking to bulk up some more before I get on clen to help me reduce the bf% Thanks all.

i ran deca at 600mg a week for 9 weeks and test prop at 850mg for 12 weeks
best gains ever...i will run prop with alll my cycles from now on...
Do not pyramid, just start. do 200mg deca on monday and thursday for 8 weeks, started as soon as you can and 90mg of prop everday for 10-12 weeks, starting the day you do your deca. the prop will give you a great kick to get you going then when the deca comes in you will swell up nicely but not gain a pile of water. get your diet in check and get something ready for pct....

I'm 5'9 225 lifting for 14 years strong as an ox use to compete powerlifting, no I want to stay strong but lose just a little excess body fat, run 5 days a week about three miles. I felt alot weaker though. What steroids would you recommend on to lose some body fat, but make gains at the same time. My diet is outstanding, I just need to know what type of juice I should use?? Any help?
