Hi guys,
The rugby season has just ended and I am now looking to try and shred some excess fat but also keep my muscle. The reason I am doing this now is because I can't get drug tested in the off season. I tried ephedrine for the first time last summer with some caffeine but was wondering what you guys think would be best to shred me right down? Would clen be a suitable option, if so what dosage?
