    muscle tensin up

Ok, I know this is the wrong forum, but I always get fast good advice from here and most of the bros know alot about the body so instead of weight a year and a half for an answer on another forum I figure id give it a shot. For the past few months every time I go to run on a treadmill or outside I last about 4 minutes before my back tenses up really bad to the point that I have to stop running. The area is from my lower middle back to the top of my ass. It should be noted that I do have siaticia, but I do not feel this would make my muscles tense up the way they are. It should also be noted that this only occurs when running on the treadmill or outside, not on the elipitical, recumbent bike, or upright bike, anyone have any idea on what could be wrong??
