last night at 7:30pm was my very first shot ever. it was cyp at 250mg. today at 11:00am my nips started feeling very very funny. its like a strong tinggling feeling. so i ran home and did 60mg of nolva, but the feeling is this here. is this normal or do i need to start worring. please help im really staring to freak the f@#k out here!!!! two months of day and night reserching and now mine mind is drawing blank..

You're gonna be fine...no C cups for you yet. You have probably had such anxiety about gyno from your research that yes...it is in your head and not in your nips. But in a few days when you feel "tingleing" in your johnson...thats normal too. Relax and enjoy growing.

I would wait about 2-3 days before you waste a bunch of nolva. I don't want to say it's just in your mind but thats kinda fast for sides. You may be very sensitive to aromatizing of test, so you might want to get some letro, which is very effective at controlling estrogen.

Being totally honest here...
This is not gyno - it is paranoia. Please put the Nolvadex down and stop popping it like Pez - allow the testosterone cyp to reach your blood before thinking it has aromatized enough to give you a set of boobies. It will take weeks to build the blood levels up from the heavy cypionate ester, and if you are taking under a gram per week - I wouldn't worry too much about it anyway. If you are taking more than 500mg per week then you should be running a small amout of an anti-e during the cycle... but don't try and nuke it all together...
250mg of testosterone cypionate might have leaked about 25mg of free testosterone into your blood in the one day you have been on - you aren't going to get any degree of bitch tits from this.
