Is this a ECA stack ?

Im 27 6" 182plbs and I'm trying to lose like 5 plbs to get completly shredded but its very hard to lose this last few....my diet is in check . The only problem is I just tore my Quad during a Kick return in my playoff game ( swollen ), so I cant do cardio for at least a month or 2. I'm still lifting and doing major abs routines just no cardio. Any suggestions ?

Also I'm stacking 200mg of caffiene,325mg of Aspirin and 25 mg ephedrine is this a ECA stack ?

Also if it is does it help in fat loss ?

Cut the Aspirin to 81mg.......They sell low dosage aspirin. 325mg is too high and unneccessary. Yes, that is an ECA stack. Other than that looks good. Just be consistant in drinking a lot of water.
Or at least cut your aspirinn up and use in multiple doses. Take these doses x2 day (8Am and 3PM)

get a children's asprin such as Bayer... not sure about "hurting the effect" but that much asprin 2x/day is not good for other health related issues

As far as your other question, read up on here... yes it is effective for fatloss but it's like anything else, it's not an island... keep your exercise and diet in check

You can still cut up without cardio as long as your workouts are intense and diet in check. Good Luck.
