    What's the best stack for bulk/mass for beginner?

    I'm 5'7... 23 yr old. 15% BF... 165lbs... Hardgainer type.. Been training since freshman high school. I'm gathering my gear together right now. I've heard one compound is best for beginners. Some say two. What's best and how long?

    A great diet high in calories is the best stack for you ! You should try to get 21 calories per bodypound, 40% protein 40% carbs, 20% fats. As far as anabolics, I would wait, try to gain more naturally. But anabolic wise, if you want to run a cycle, the mods are gonna tell you to go with Test only your first cycle, probably test e or test c at 500mg for 10-12 weeks. I like test and eq. Look for novice or beginners cycles on the main webpage Steroid.com.

    Test E for 10-12 weeks @ 500mg split up 2 times per week @ 250 mgs.. but to me it looks like you have ALOT more research to do before you start..

    its good that you notice and admit this.. some people like to hide the truth from themselves.. straighten up your diet a bit, maybe incorporate some creatine if you want for a little extra boost and energy and you will be surprised on what you can achieve..

    I'm not starting yet. I've been training like a madman... It's my diet. What do you guys think of creatine? I've been off that.

    yup...i gained 18 lb in 3 months..naturally..with proper diet and training..that i learned from this board....i thank ibdmfkr..4 the advice...

    d-bol and test. People use gear to get bigger, beyond their normal physical capabilities if eating and diet made everyone that much bigger than this site wouldn't exist. and juice would be obsolete. d-bol, test and pct, knock yourself out bro.

    people who weigh 165 can easily gain weight with an increase of cals in their diet (correct foods obviously).. if you think that diet is not important than you are COMPLETELY wrong! sorry bud

    It's not just my diet. We (i'm military) run like crazy. I'm trying to look like Rambo not Jay Cutler. Creatine flushes out my system after sweating it all out anyways. I'll be outta marine world soon that's why I'm asking. My question is... should I get off creatine if when I start my cycle?

    What do I have to explain I think it's pretty dam clear. I never said diet and eating werent important, theyr very important on or off cycle, for a lot of peopkle no matter how good threre diet is will never reach there goals with out juice. Isnt that why 1/2 the people on this board use it. I know thats why i did, but then again, i dont tell the guy next to me to do it naturally while i have the pin stuck in my azz.

    hmm...sumtimes a good anabolic cycle can kick start in muscle growth for the rest of ur time....but...may just go away...i had a real time gainin meat, after a cycle...i would go normal...never stoped workin out, kept dieting, just went away...until i did a weird deca/tren cycle and then ended with sum rebound xt and wow...im still gainin everyday, no more rebound, just food and still WOW....
