    Sust ED Or Mon,Wed,Fri

    Getting ready to start cycle in June. I am trying to decide how to run the sust. Either 500 mg's every Mon,Wed,Fri (total 1500 mg's ew) or 250 mg's ed (total 1750 mg's ew)? Which way would produce more keepable gains? This is what the cycle looks like:
    Sust wks 1-12 ??? mg's
    Tren Ace wks 1-10 100 mg's ed
    Dbol wk 1-4 60 mg's ed

    it would be ideal to run sust ed if you could split the shots up Stumpy...i misread your pm earlier mate.....the dose you have would really depend as i said on your prev cycles....

    Split to do a little each day instead of like say.....250ED, you might do 100mgs/day or 125 Ed.....but still need previous history and doses to tell what woudl be the best dose to take with this cycle

    i am just a little concerned about the high dose,what kinda doses have you prev run?

    My last cycle looked like this:
    enanthate 1000 mg's wks 1-15
    deca 600 mg's wks 1-10
    dbol 50 mg's ed wks 1-4

    thats a big jump to go from 1g to 1750mg....but hey thats your choice mate..id run it ed,let us know how you go with this...
