    first cycle basic cutting

    My stats are 5"9" 200 lbs and about 15% bf. I am going to do my first cycle and I want it to be a cutter. I am only going with the one compound to keep it simple and see how my body reacts. I am going with 400 mg of test e for 12 weeks and running arimidex throughout. PCT will keep simple with just the nolva and clomid (already have everything). The question is about the test e dosage, is it too high or too little and should I think about running clen either throughout the cycle or during pct. Let me know what you think.

    Well what is your training like and your diet for the cycle. That will determine more than anything else how effective this will be for you.

    Dosage is fine for a first timer, and i commend you on picking ONE compound for your first time!!!!! Normal doses for Test E even for a first timer is 250 on the low end, to 500mgs/week on the average side.
    Best way to take this is twice a week every 3.5 days to keep levels stable. Example would be Monday morning , and then again Thursday night.
    PCT starts 14 days after last injection

    The keys to every cutter is your diet and cardio. Eat clean and incorporate a rigorous cardio routine and you should have no probs reaching your goals. It seems you have done your homework when it comes to keeping it simple for a first go. At 200lbs I would opt to increase your enth dose to 500mg/wk. IMO I would hold off on the clen and see how your body reacts by increasing your metabolism naturally. An OTC thermogenic may be beneficial. Good luck.

    My workout schedule is pretty solid at 5 day per week. I have been told to up the cardio for the cutting cycle to about 45 minutes three times per week. And as for diet I will eat 5 meals per day at 60% protein, 25% carbs and 15% fats. As for the meals a lot of protein ie lean steak, lean chicken and egg whites, and tuna. For the fats flax oil, nuts, some fish. A lot of fruits and veggies. And the majority of the carbs coming in the PWO nutrition. How does that sound, and ideas would be appreciated. And thanks in advance.

    Your diet sounds alot like mine, and you seem to know what your doing. Im also looking to do my first cycle, well first cycle in about 5 years. And im likeing the sounds of your first cycle.

    Bravo lifterjaydawg, it sounds like you have really researched AAS and PCT. If you have never used anything before you might try sticking with the diet and training and using the clen by itself, and you might see a difference. Either way good luck and keep us updated on how the first cycle goes.
