My workout schedule is pretty solid at 5 day per week. I have been told to up the cardio for the cutting cycle to about 45 minutes three times per week. And as for diet I will eat 5 meals per day at 60% protein, 25% carbs and 15% fats. As for the meals a lot of protein ie lean steak, lean chicken and egg whites, and tuna. For the fats flax oil, nuts, some fish. A lot of fruits and veggies. And the majority of the carbs coming in the PWO nutrition. How does that sound, and ideas would be appreciated.
