cardio in a cutting cycle
what is the best last for cardio? 30,45,1hour ed?
just wanted to know what my bros were thinking about it...

I do 35 mins on non weight days and 25 post weights but i will be working twords 45 mins on non weight days. 5 days total cardio
i wouldnt do more than 45 mins since im usually hungry and weak from the workout till i hit my shake heh
if you cardio at your target heart rate before breakfast the fat will drop off big time.

When i'm on a cutting cycle i like doing 45min. 6 days/wk first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

good points, but remember if done at night, you'll burn off the carbs that could have possibly stored as fat. AND, if you burn up your energy at night, then you go light on the food for the next hours as well because of sleep.

I like doin cardio in the morning with empty stomach and immediatly after weight lifting...so it makes 45 min-1H15 cardio 5X weeks...I need that at least to help to fat loss...with an ECA stack of course !!

Rule of thumb
JUST NEED TO DO IT !! Morning is the better time yes, but if you can;t do it in morning just do it some time during day 2-3 hours on empty stomach and you will be fine !! Its calories in vs burned during duration of the day time !!
