Getting a grip on PWO Glucose???
I had this posted in the HGH forum, but thought i might get more replies here as well.
Thanks for any info you can give..
Hi guys,
Been searching and reading , re-reading, and reading some more trying to figure out exactly the best way to use PWO glucose.
Not wanting to venture into using insulin YET, I wanted to boost my recovery and growth reception by using glucose tablets post workout.
What amount would be a good starting point to take post workout, or if you can direct me to the proper thread that would be great to. I have read a bunch of thread by Pinnicle and my eyes are going in circles.

I am stumped on pwo glucose supplementation, never done it. I read a book called power eating (I forget the author) and it says that effective protein synthesis can occur by going the natural route manly fruit, and what works for me when I'm on a low carb diet is honey. this book talks about checking blood sugar to see how fast the jolt of insulin occurs. don't know if that helps and I'll try to find out the author.
