Is it B12 or B5 ?

I've heard two different things to combat acne, B12 and B5 which one is it ???

Yes, I feel results would be marginal at best. Best to use traditional & prescription acne treatments.

no bull sh i t the best thing ive found to work is clean &clear oil free foaming facial clenser made by johnson&johnson clean the area (for me it,s the shoulders)rub in amount the size of a dime on each side no water it will start to dry clear get in the shower wash off an dont use any soap on the area for soap just clogs ur pores shitty soap does any way do this twice a day and they will vanish nothing worked for me but this great product the only down fall is my wife gets salty cause i use it all its hers lol
1 week all pimples subsided
