I just started deca 300mg and cyp 200 and pro. 50mg mix should I take anavar or fluoxymesterone with this?

No Offense bro, you have 5 posts. we know nothing about yoru cycle history, anything you used before, you stats, age, height, weight, goals for this cycle etc...

I'm 35 and have use deca 300, Winni, different types of test. in the past.
5'10 195 lbs and I would like to gain about 5 more lbs and lose some body fat.
I just started the deca 300 and a mix of prop. and cyp.

5 more lbs and loose a little bodyfat... you can do that naturally with a change in your diet bro..

I had to use the gear to get to and maintain the weight of 195. I have never used anavar fluoxymesterone and don't know if need to with the cycle that I'm on. But I already have both.

I don't want to sound like a pain, but the questions you're asking indicate that you're not very knowlegeable in this area. That's fine, and why the forum exists, but rather than just dispensing info, might I suggest running some searches on "Test Deca Cycle" and "Var in cycle". The archives will help you greatly, both with the data you and increasing your knowledge base.

To assist the archives and address your questions...the Test amount of a cycle should always exceed the combined amounts of all other aas. Your Deca presently exceeds Test.

Var will help with this goal, and should be run at the end of your cycle...the archives will detail how to run it, how much to use for cutting, and how to administer it.
