Well so far so good...Just wanted 2 keep everyone posted on how my cycles comming. Im in week 3 right now, i started at 190lbs...now im up to 213lbs and strength is goin up pretty quick. I did 225 on standing military press 4 times (i guess thats ok) was only doing 185 three times befor i started and 335 three times on flat bench (was only doing 315 twice pre cycle.im not sure if i posted my cycle so here it is
