    Test and Cutting Question

    I'm on prop now, 400mg/wk along with 100mg Proviron and .50 A-dex. I'll be adding Winny 50mg/ED the final 5 weeks.

    I hurt my ankle last night and I'm going to have to lay off of the cardio for a while. I train hard and I'm on a clean restricted diet. Is it still possible to cut with weights and diet-only for the time being? Or is the lack of cardio going to do me in?

    You can still cut and continue with your cycle but will have to be THAT much more disciplined with your diet. How 'bout doing low impact cardio...swimming maybe eliptical training.

    ditto...you can cut without cardio, but it wont be any easy road...no cheats for you my friend

    Arnold never did cardio. When he was cutting, he would just adjust his diet, and his weight training. Although it may have worked for him, mist people would still want to do some sort of cardio. Something low impact.

    shorter breaks between sets will help get some cardio in....keep moving....

    you could hop on the clen or T3 . . . with your test you will lose no muscle mass, so you can eat light and take one the the above two and cut cut cut
