I am in my 7th week of test 400. Gains are great. My arms are getting a lot of strech marks and i was wondering if there was anything i could get to help them out. I take it as a good sign but i would like to get rid of them.

i'm really sure about your question, maybe the same stuff pregant women use. You should post some before and after pics tho.
bro there is some stuff you can buy from GNC its called strivectin-SD i use it myself and it literally is second best to only surgery. it does not prevent them but it will remove them from view to the point where u can even notice them so its good stuff.Quote:

Vit E, Coca butter, and Shea Butter work well. Shea butter is my favorite.
I was just about to ask the same question, good to see theres always some here with the same problem as you. I'm getting them bad around the armpit area and upper leg area from drol.

Keep your skin soaked up with the oils, lotions, and cocoa butter 4 to 5 times a day to keep it stretchable.

pure aloe vera plant, 20,000 i.u of vitamin e oil, aloe gel, mix together and heat in a glass container, container is placed in a pan with water in it bring to a boil but don't get water in lotion. stir till it turns to a cream and not a gel. lot of work but is is great in preventing streach marks. 10 0z aloe gel, .5 oil, 5 strips, and use often tell you get what you want
