Question About Clenbuterol Dosage, Help Please.

Hi,
I have 0.02 mg tablets of Clen , I need to take 80 to 100 mcg a day.
Can anyone tell how many of the pills I should take for the proper dosage?

No flame here BUT this is a very basic question you are asking, before you decide to take any substance i would advise you to research it. 0.02mg is 20mcg. You do the maths.

No flame bro but from the sound of it it seems you have never cycled clen before.

Therefore....how do you know you NEED to cycle 80-100mcg/day?? Your tolerance to clen should be assessed prior to starting your cycle. Clen is a drug that could have drastic effects if cycled improperly. Please be careful.

I'm a 38 year old female and horribly dyslexic. I found online calculators and still couldn't figure the dosage out. My math skill's are horrible due to dyslexia.
I have been using ephedra and ephedrine for about 8 years. I researched and read all the side effect's on clen and I'm willing to risk it, But not willing to overdose. I guess I'll try to find another way to get the correct dosage.

I'm really not a total idiot, but have no understanding of math or number's at all.

.02 tab = 20mcgs.

20mcgs x 4 = 80mcgs

You need four tabs.

I am sorry if I offended you but there better options than taking clenbuterol to loose BF.

Diet and cardio are the key factors to any/every weight loss program.
