i do but u kan also use ur delts say u kan use ur anterior for one shot medial for 2nd and posterior for 3rd
or on ur quad i will use lower portion for one and upper portion for another

i always switch it up because sometimes after injecting a day or 2 later the site i injected in hurts a bit
