Stability of Test Cyp already drawn?

My docs office sent me home with 4cc's test cyp already drawn out of the vial and the 10ml vial with the remaining inside it. they are in 1inch 23gauge needles, i was wondering since i cant get my next vial until july 15 from them, and ill need that next vial to have enough to get at least 10 weeks of test cyp for my next cycle im planning a cycle of 400 mg test and 200mgs deca per week for 10 weeks will it be okay to leave whats drawn out already in the needles or should i reinject it back into the vial?

Why did they draw 4cc out in to A syringe?
