Inject EQ in glutes or quads?

I am planning on going glutes but will injecting in quads help or make any difference in quad development.

Now i know a lot of people don't believe in site growth but my own experience is that my quads do grow when injecting them. Some say it's because the muscle gets swollen and it's not real hypertrophy but the bottom line is my legs get bigger so whatever the reason is i like it.
