My last cycle was 500mg/week test e and 300mg/week deca.
I would like to increase my next cycle a little bit.. possibly adding in 50mg/ed Anadrol (for the first 4 weeks).
My stats: 6ft 2in. 195 pounds.
Any comments on the Test/Deca amounts, and what else I might want to add in (for PCT I use HCG in week 5 and at end of cycle, as well as clomid)
all advice welcome...

Assuming diet is fine, I have help with that.
I have done 2 cycles, first gained 27 pounds, and kept 22 of it after 5 months! However, went traveling for 2 months and after serious illness I lost about 8 pounds.
2nd cycle gained only 23 pounds, but lost 10 of it in the 3 months following (HOWEVER, I was taking Straterra through this cycle, and after, and I believe that was the cause of the weight loss!.. Straterra is an ADD non-stimulant med that I have since stopped taking, however, it does curb apatite in my situation) felt like a waste, but had to try it.
Now I have been at a constant weight for months!!
When using a 19-Nor, use HCG IMHO.
wk 1-14 Test Enan 500-600mg/wk
wk 1-13 Deca 400-500mg/wk
wk 1-6 Anadrol 50-100mg/ED
wk 12-16 Test Prop 75-100mg/wk
