    while on cycle

    i know and i posted his b4 that while on cycle we don't need to train everyday but what do we need? do we need to train harder or get more rest than usual ?
    i'm asking about this again cuz i'm very surprized with 2 guys in my gym they train everyday , they don't get any kinda rest maybe just 1 day a week and amazingly they make gains !!! and very visible gains , i feel like i wanna go to the gym everyday but i don't and i train my muscle once a week is that enough ?

    Bro...thats a very complicated question.That being that everyone is different.some people do great on 2 day on 2 day off training cycle.some people do good on 6 days a week.Thats something that you need to come to the conclusion of what works best for you.But you need to post in the workout forum for more imput.But obviously you should be training your balls off on a cycle otherwise you're wasting your time and money.

    you should always been training with intensity on or off.. just bc your on doesnt mean you can work out twice a day 7 times a week.. rest is a crucial part to success whether it be on or off..

    training my balls like everyday ? lol i know everyone is diff but what is the ideal for a cycle ?
    i train like this
    Chest and traps
    Back and Bis
    Shoulders and Tris
    Legs
    four days a week that's it large muscles about 16 sets small 9-12 sets
    is this ok

    Train with Intensity
    Eat Right
    Rest
    and you will be fine..

    Agree with lift train your balls off on or off cycle.Guy you'd know how you feel...If you train every day and tehn you feel pretty beat up tied then maybe its time for a day off.Again you grow not in the gym(in the gym you actually breakdown muscle)but when you're getting proper rest and sleep.And last but not least you grow with proper nutrition.YES remenber train all yyou want and with out proper nutrition you'll be spinning your wheels.Tell your buudies that also.

    i goto gym 3x a week ON or OFF cycle
