i know and i posted his b4 that while on cycle we don't need to train everyday but what do we need? do we need to train harder or get more rest than usual ?
i'm asking about this again cuz i'm very surprized with 2 guys in my gym they train everyday , they don't get any kinda rest maybe just 1 day a week and amazingly they make gains !!! and very visible gains , i feel like i wanna go to the gym everyday but i don't and i train my muscle once a week is that enough ?
