Abscess???...help

I did a winny gluteal injection 7 days ago. First, the injection spot was just very red and hurt for about 4 days. The redness started going away and i thought that it was healing. Then, my injection site became a bruised color, very hard, and inflammed (about 2 inch perimeter.) Just recent does the site realllly hurt. It does not seem to be spreading but i think 7 days has been too long. I am thinking about going to the Doc but i am wondering if i could tell him i did something other than juice....what else could cause an abscess..if that is what i have? any comments would help.

just be honest...and yes go to a doc asap

I'd tell the doc you did a vitamin B-12 shot, that way insurance will cover it. If he writes down that you used gear, your paying for it out of pocket
