Depends on where you get it done and the quality of plastic surgeon.

Mine cost me $6500, if you ever saw the real world austin when that kid got his faced bashed in, the surgeon who fixed him up was also my surgeon. He hooked up though and insurance covered everything except $1500 or so. I'd tell your surgeon your in pain, everyday your nipples hurt and are sore, and it alters your daily life, you have a chance of getting insurance to help you out. DO NOT TELL HIM YOU HAVE USED AAS (if you have). Tell them that you developed it in puberty. My gyno was actually from being a fat@ss kid and puberty, not from steroids . Also make sure your doctor has done atleast 5 or so surgerys, I went to one of the best plastic surgeons in Austin, but he had only done 3. I feel that if I had gone to a more experienced surgeon I would have had better results, he left some fatty tissue on the bottom sides of my chest which has taken a year to get rid of. For the price you pay you should expect a damn good job IMO. Let me know if you have any other questions.

$15 copay! Just go to your doctor and say you got a lump under your nipple and he will send you to a breast surgeon to get it checked. Say it started while you were using pro-hormones 2 years ago (when they were legal of course).
