    deca & test cyp. works

    i have been on deca and test cyp for approx 8 weeks and i'm impressed. my one rep max on the bench has gone from 170lbs to 235lbs. i have gained 16lbs (160lbs to 176lbs) of body weight in which i have hit a temp plateau, because i haven't quit smoking and the women keep me up sometimes... now i'm looking to take 4 weeks of oral
    D-Bol to complete my cycle of 12 weeks total... any input on that? trying to hit 190lbs...

    u are so not reddy for aas..
    people start to young all the time but ATLEAST ALOT OF THEM HAVE A NICE BASE!
    u .. COULDNT EVEN BENCH A PLATE AND A QUARTER! my gf can do that!
    seroiusly if u couldnt EAT to get even the most minimal gains how are u going to eat to retain those gains? oh well good luck

    you dont need juice you need a good diet and rest. I will bet you cal intake isw 2000 less then it should be.

    i consume about 3200 cal in food and another 2000 cal in shakes. i couldn't gain the weight or increase my strength... a good base is not considered 205 pounds, but where one is physically fit... my gf could've probably benched more than that but everyones capacitites are on different levels...yes i tend to slack some what; but for those who are single can understand the pleasure of various ladies companionship on a constant level... bothers i also had a friend that weighed approx. 145lbs and now is 185lbs with a 1repmax bench of 360lbs. 3rd cycle by the way. thanks for the encouragement brathers. any feed back on the D-Bol for the last 4 weeks of my cycle?

    what is your age and height??? well i agree you prolly could have had those gains with dedication to trainig and diet, congrats non the less...i wouldnt add the dbol at all...they are unnessacary. they are used at the start not the end...i hope you got pct set up cause if not get ready to lose all that weight again...

    no man.. not to get chicks... chicks is what is keepin me from my maxium potential, because in miami we party alot... LOL! why do you think all of our proffessional teams suck...
