I'm looking at doing my first cycle. Need to get some advice. Here are some details of my current stats.
What does your diet look like? (Diet is the majority of any AAS cycle)
About 60% Simple & Complex Carbs (no junk food)
About 30% Protein (Mainly Lean Meat, Chicken, Tuna)
About 10% Fats (Peanut Butter, Flaxseed oil, Olive Oil)
Age:37
Height: 5'10
Weight: 190 lbs
Body fat %? Unknown, however I do run lean. At the moment I'm just trying to put on more size.
Measurements:
Chest: 40"
Arms: 15"
Legs: 23"
Waist: 32"
How long have you been training?
Powerlifting: 12 years ago
Max Lifts: Bench: 285, Squat: 400 Deadlift: 580
Currently I have been back in training seriously for the past 2 years.
Since January 2006 I put on 24 pounds.
Have you ever done a cycle before? No
Knowledge of PCT?(Post Cycle Therapy)
My basic knowledge centers around Clomid
How did it work for you? Any bad side effects?
What are your specific goals?
Planning on getting myself into comps by May 2007. However there is a comp is September and October that I'm training for currently, to see how my body reacts to diet, dehydration, etc. To determine what I need to do for comp in 2007.
Any help would be appreciated.
