10mg of what? Nolva? PCT for a test only cycle like yours would be fine consisting of nolva only. I don't recall the doses, but if you run a search for nolva I'm willing to bet you'll find it, no problem.

Week 1-10 Test Cyp 500mg/week
Week 1-10 Nolvadex 10mg/day
PCT
day 1- clomid 300mg, nolva 20mg
day2-week 2 - 100mg clomid, 20mg nolva
week2-3 - 50 mg clomid 20mg nolva
