work out question
ive been lifting for a while and im on my second cycle of test and winny........and this cycle i started last week...and this time i decided to work out for a good hard 2 hours monday through friday......and run 2 miles ....and im eating healthy taking a shit load of protien and i got on the scale today and it showed i lost 4 lbs .......i do have body fat to lose i know this for a fact......but should i be worried that the test and winny are not working.....this is my first week tho

1st week ?how long r u going to cycle for and y arent u taking the winny for the last six weeks of the cycle, it also takes like 5 to 6 weeks for the test to kick in depending on what type it is lets here some more stats about gear and cycle bro

my work outs usaully last about hour an 1/2 to 2 hours i do like 20 sets for the muscle group[ or groups im doing that day

i do more in the gym then i should but i push myslef to the end............im only goin for a 6 week cycle of test and winny becuase i got football coming up and i cant be on it .........

im in the gym for at least 2 hrs too.. 1 hr of soccer for warm up and lift the other hr

Holy shit 2 hours is a waste of time!
You can train effectively (better actually) in less than an hour.
Training like that is going to yield jack shit.
What do you look like? Stats?? Something tells me you are new to this, because 2 hour workouts AND RUNNING don't go hand in hand at all for results.

im 6.1 214 .......and ive been lifting for 3 years.....im just to the point to where i wanted to push myself to a point where ive never been before

The prop should be in full effect by 2week's if not soner.
It would not hurt to check out the deit and workout forum's just to make sure all of that is in check.

Thats crazy marathon training there who u trying to beat? Ill go by intensity dont count reps just keep going and specially time or u have to make 2 hrs no matter what? hmm tell u the true i used to be like that until i just focuse more in my pumps LET THE PUMP BE WITH U SON! lol
