how can i get more cut

this is a cycle of sust and winny for 9 weeks but i didnt run.......now im starten it again ........im runnin and dieting should that work to get my abs and BF down and still get the big ol muscles

Hey guy sounds ok but did you read pinnacles thread?????you should, it will change your mind about having to do any AAS while bringing your BF% down.
