Gains
I'm on my fourth week and I've gain 15 pounds for the first two weeks,but havent gain weight since, but my strength has continued to rise and I'm getting bigger in size and definition, Is that normal am I burning fat at the same time, so thats why my weight remains steady. I know it sounds confusing but can someone tell me.
