    Lightbulb injection help

    this might help some of you guys,i have lots of pain,sometimes swelling after injecting. last night i shot 2ccs into my sholder,after i got a very hot wet rag and let it sit on the area,today i have no pain no swelling,so give this a try i think it helps dispurse the oil quicker.

    Do you regularly massage the area after inject? Using a warm cloth, or having a bath/shower alittle after injecting usually does help with pain.

    yes i massage it but holding the hot rag on it man what a differance.
