Blood work/Dermatologist/M1T..help

so i went to the derm. today. He is going to put me on Accutane. I have to do a blood test first though. My problem is that I am on M1T right now. He will be looking at cholestrol (spelled wrong) and liver values. I have been taking my milk thistle so it wont be to bad. Does anyone have ideas on how to make these tests so up perfect...or close to it?

also, while there checking that stuff should i ahve them check my test levels or anything else?

In general, M1T will raise your liver values.

Couldnt you just be honest with you doctor and tell him what you're taking. I am going to the doctor pretty soon and i plan i telling him what im doing just to be honest with him.
