    DNP users... any problems?

Hey guys just wondering if anyone here who has TAKEN DNP has ever had any problems with it other than what is to be expected directly from taking it? I have done a few cycles of dnp actually going up to 600mg each time. Other than the direct effects like heat and sweat and lethargy (all of which makes sense because the metabolism is burning many more calories, therefore making you hot and tired), i haven't had a single problem with it. I feel better on it than on clen because it doesn't seem to have side effects at all and works way more effectively. Just wonder what you guys all think, remember... only people who HAVE used.

I agree, i hate clen and DNP is more effective. My biggest gripe with DNP is the damn heat you feel after eating a carb rich meal.......... uhhhhhh!

I broke out into a sweat when it was 30degrees and I wasnt wearing a coat... I sometimes would feel ok, my daughter asked me to go out to eat so we went to a place and while I was eating I started sweating so bad people not only stared they were like "are you ok?"

You think that’s bad? On the 5th-6th day or so, i went to a spot to where we going to take a group on a challenge course. So on our way back my boss says 'Ok guys let sprint up the hill!' this is in the middle of summer in the damn Caribbean mind you, anyway, me not wanting to look like an out of shape bastard foolishly comply. When i finished, all i remember was feeling dizzy and my frigging vision started to black-out and i remember saying my prayers. When i came to, the group is over me asking if i'm ok.

used average 300mgED (some days 500mg and some 100mg)...for approx a month...first two weeks it was quite hot, but further u come into ur dnp cycle the more u get used about it...dont sweat that much anymore...i really like it...

@BIG KLG: just add some sibutramine with it, then u wont have any carb craves anymore...

My god! You guys make it sound like you become a living fountain off DNP.

Sure I did get hot, sure I did sweat from "nothing", but nowhere nears as bad as you portray it. And that was on 400mg/ED and 600mg/ED of DNP.

I still did heavy weightresistance workouts and yeah I got more sweat than usual but NOTHING compared to 200mcg/clen and 25mcg/T3 taken on an empty stomach, followed with some breakfast and then hitting the gym 1 hour afterwards. I completely soaked my tshirt, front back, shoulders traps and people were staring at me at the gym.

I found that the sweating was worst when i was totally static actually in a warm place... maybe because i started noticing it and then it came worse as a result? Oh well.. the results were absolutely sick, I like the fact that it is overall devoid of cardiovascular heart problems. Definately something I consider my number one fat burner for now on.

Yeah, I was on DNP last winter. I was wearing a tank top all over the place. Hot as hell but I loved it. I knew it was working. I ate very good and drank a lot of water. Didn't have any other sides besides being hot. I will do it again in about 2 months.

Well living in great England has a major advantage with DNP,the weather aids the side effects,I would never do DNP in the summer, but I can tell you this it`s damm cold right now.I have never used doses more than 200mg I prefer longer cycles so the sides are not what other people might experience at higher doses, also you don`t get the rebound effect from an aggresive cycle like losing 30 pounds in 10 days, which people have done. The only sides I get which is a problem,I develop mouth Ulcers, all part of the game, you know?

I find diet is Extremely important to minimize sides.Foods I suggest including:
Blueberry yogurt. Blueberries are excellent antioxidants, and yogurt cultures help with digestive function, gas, and stool consistency (disgustingly soft stools are common during DNP).
Oregano-based foods. Oregano is perhaps one of the most potent antioxidants around,a nd one spoonful counts as a vegetable serving. See this article
Pineapple - I've found that pineapple helps alleviate those "DNP Blues". The fructose helps, and pineapple enzymes aid in protein digestion.
V8 - one 12-ounce can supplies six servings of veggies, concentrated as an excellent source of antioxidants, lycopene, and recovery of electrolytes.
Oatmeal - high-fiber foods are necessary. You'll find out why around, oh, day 5 or so. Trust me.

I have used it for about 4 cycles, each lasting 10 – 14 days dependent on my threshold. The only one I don’t see too many people mention is mood swings. I become very agitated and red in the face...

    You got mood swings?
Wow, I thought I was just pissy because I was hot and tired all the time... kinda like after a long day of construction work or something like that. But I got so short and pissy all the time with people.
    Anyone else get that?

made me very irritable, out of breath all the time, and hot, had no energy to do anything, body temp reached a dangerous 102.5 degrees....never take it for more than 14 days as it will shut organs down, trust me my liver got F'd up on it. my sports medicine doctor (I play football) knows of it well and knows of people who have died from continual useage. I had blood work done before and after using DNP and it messed my system up . made my nut juice very yellow, piss was almost orange, and i got slight yellow vision from it. according to my Dr. about 5-10 percent of people are alergic to it and break out in rashes so watch for that too. Ever break a capsule in your hand? its a yellow die that will practically stain your skin for days..

oh yeah, you must take a antioxidant suppliment with it as well to reduce free radical damage to your body.

for me it wasn't worth it. i went from 275lbs to 267lbs in 14 days. but i did not have the energy to work out so maybe I lost some muscle as well..i dont know.. my strength came back after about 3 days of being off it

    Thanks for the idea mate!
Next DNP cycle will be 4-600mg/ed for 10 days then downshift to 200mg/ed for 20days and then hop on some clen or something afterwards just to watch out for the rebound effect.
