    Some people get gyno some dont

    Why is it that some people get gyno and some dont, I know a few people that are doing 800mg or more of test with 400mg of deca and not getting any gyno. they dont use any anti E's or worry about it. Are some people pron and some not? whats up with that?

    some people are more prone to it than others, everybody is different like many things in this game.

    I've done 1000mg+ of test without anti e's and never get gyno.

    I don't see a need for such an insane dose at your level of development.

    I know people who are far more developed who use only about 600-700 a week, as their diet/training are the biggest keys.

    Just my opinion, by all means, do as you wish.

    My goal is not, in any way to look like swoleCat. First of all my genetic makup makes that impossible and even if i could i would not want to. 4 years ago i weighed 199lbs and my body fat was over 20%. 2 years after a very strict diet and intense exercise program I started using gear. At one point for a short time I exceeded 1000mg. My entire body structure has changed in 4 difficult years. My waist went from 37" to a 31" my body fat is now below 9% and my max bench went from 145 to 315. Ive done alot of research prior to using and consider myself very knowledgable and help my fellow lifters with questions pertaining to A.S. I did not post this to create an athmosphere that I know all or that Im huge. i simple stated that at one time I went over 1000mg without seeing any signs of gyno. thats all.

    OK I'll tell you what worked for me.

    Early on I did 75% cardio and 25% weights to drop to a desirable weight. I did this for about 6 months. Then I switched to 75% weights and 25% cardio. the whole time maintain a very strict diet. This means NO fast food. Low fat no fryed food, moderate carbs and high protein. Only when I got the advice and OK from experts did I start using AS and that was after 2 years of heavy lifting. I'm 43 now and very happy with my progress. In a nutshell the only way to change from fat to healthy is diet and exercise, diet and exercise.

    Look great for 43.

    Like marcus stated, everyone is different. Just like some ppl respond well off 500mg/wk of Test and others have to use 1g/wk.

    I don't get gyno but my middle brother does for somer reason. He hasn't even juiced before. I've done many test cycles in the past with no anti e's. But I take a low dose of l-dex to keep bloating down on test.

    It seems more guys are gyno prone than not after everything I've read here and other places. My ex roommate from years ago had the gyno surgery. He won the light heavies at the Emerald Cup back in the mid 90's. He was a piece of shit anyways. Sorry, had to get that in there since he ripped me off.

    Hey RAM, you look great for 43. Good job on leaning out. I'll be 37 next month. So I am 3 years away from the big 4 0. I can't believe I'm staring at 40. I still feel like I'm 22.

    ya gyno sux...im prone....peice of shit father (hahah jk...love my pops...but he got gyno....old age....years of boxing...who knows..no gear..) BUT my buddy tommy stacks roid on roid on roid..he took dbol with eq with t4 (whtvr that is..) tbol, and sust ALL AT ONCE!!!!!!! he got enourmously huge....no joke..but..

    2months after all that....he got skinny as hell...smelt real bad...broke out...ugh..
    2 months after that....he perfectly normal....looks same...gettin cut now that he off that for a bit i guess..
    nothing...

    NOW this guy bill, did sust with deca and dbol.....then added tren and all kinds of shit each day hed shoot up b4 work..and I TRIED TELLIN HIM PEOPLE..I SWEAR....PCT TO CYCLE, TO TIME OFF, TO DOSAGE ALL TAHT...

    he would say "nah, none of thats true..."

    he got FAT, he lost hair...he got titties like that dude on fight club..meatloaf...

    but then did hgh and he perfectly fine...besides his tits

    i just wanna comment (yes im late but im also have ADD, Dyslexia and im fat!) that 1g a week is alot to some people but there are others who do not get the gains that normal people get from it. i my self am not very responsive to it. i really dont have any issues w/ sides either.. i kan run buttloads of gear and have 0 sides.. so hell if i know ><

    i have ran upto 750mg test in 2 previous cycles, and altho my diet was very good, 4000-5000 kcals a day, moderate carb, high protein, low fat, i still didnt gain like others do. i have a friend who doesnt even eat remotely decent, maybe two or three meals a day, if he 'has time', i dont like his training style (too many drop sets, not enough compound movements) and he will use 500mg test and have to buy bigger clothes. everybody is different. as for gyno, i already have puffy nips from puberty, but it isnt gyno, just think i am likely prone to it. saying that, ive ran 3 courses in the past without any anti-e's and never got gyno
