I'm about to run my third cycle, I need some help. I have previously run my first two cycle in very small doses of single test compounds. Now i wanna spice it up and run a higher dosage with a second compound.
I would like to rip up a bit and gain some quality lean muscle here is what im considering.
Week 1-10 Test Prop EOD 150mg
I would like to add either winny or var. Could people recommend a dosage amount and duration for each. I was considering winny more than var because i can shoot it with the prop eod. Also what are the side effects expected from winny vs var? Acne etcc..???

22 yrs old, 193lbs, 6', 5 years training, Test E and Test P cycle in past.
Prone to Acne. My goals are to drop bf from 18 to around 13 as well as gain 5-10 pounds.
