    When to change what…Cycle Inception (or) Gear Kick-In?

    In my case, I'm on Test E (basic novice cycle of 12wks), well it doesn't kick in until between weeks 4 and 6. So, though suppression has begun and other elements are at work, should caloric intake and remain basic until the Test kicks in? Or should intake be gradually increased from cycle inception, and maximized after kick in?

    And what about T3, does the presence of Test in my system negate its catabolic effect, or would kick in time be important here?

    As soon as the anabolics start to kick in,then you should start to slowly ramp your caloric intake on a weekly basis.By doing so,you'll keep BF to a minimum while in your mass phase.The leaner you stay in a mass phase,the better you'll grow.
    You can also judge from past experience when the Test usually takes hold for you.Say at week 4,then start the gradual caloric increases.
